Safeguarding at Fishburn Community FC

Fishburn Community FC is fully committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children, young people, and adults at risk who are involved in our club. We believe that everyone has the right to participate in football in a safe, positive, and enjoyable environment, free from abuse, bullying, discrimination, or harm.

The club follows the safeguarding policies, procedures, and guidance set out by The Football Association. All coaches, volunteers, and officials are expected to uphold these standards at all times and to act in the best interests of our players.

Reporting a Concern

If you have a safeguarding concern about a child or adult involved with Fishburn Community FC, it is important that this is reported as soon as possible.

You can:

  • Speak directly to the club’s Welfare Officer
  • Follow the FA’s official safeguarding reporting procedures
  • Contact the FA Safeguarding Team if you feel unable to raise a concern within the club
